Shipping is added to your product subtotal at checkout. All prices are in Australian dollars.
Payment and dispatch
Orders remain payment pending until your PayID payment has been manually verified. Express refers to the delivery service after dispatch; it does not mean your order leaves immediately.
We email you when your order is marked as shipped, including tracking details when available. Please check your delivery address before confirming your order.
Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, use our contact form and include your order reference. Keep the packaging and provide photos of any leakage or damage so we can investigate.
Returns and order changes
Contact us before returning products. We will review the circumstances and arrange the appropriate next step. Please tell us about an address correction as soon as possible; changes may be unavailable after dispatch.
